We aim to send all orders out within 48 of payment via Blighty's very special Royal Mail. If you need it sooner please be sure to let me know and I will do my best to get it to you on time. Vegan Yarn Store is a side project, run by one pair of hands alongside a full time job so please be patient when expecting your order!
International delivery is available (huzzah!) however the postage price can vary greatly from country to country and can vary based on the weight of your parcel.
In some cases, international postage costs can be higher than expected, especially if the parcel is 2kg or more. If you would like to place a large international order, please get in contact in advance so I can supply you with a shipping price. If you place a large international order without getting in touch, we will contact you with the correct price and arrange for an invoice to be paid for the remainder prior to shipping.
If the true shipping cost turns out to be less than what you have paid for, we will refund the difference.
I will happily accept returns and offer refunds on goods (excluding postage) within 28 days of sale, so long as the yarn is unused and undamaged by you. All postage costs must be covered by you.

If your parcel hasn't arrived yet, hold tight. Most UK parcels will arrive within 15 working days of postage (3 weeks). If, after 3 weeks the parcel still hasn't arrived let me know, as at this point the item will be classed as missing by the Royal Mail. I will then be able to send you a replacement and let the Royal Mail know what's happened. For European parcels, please wait 20 working days (4 weeks) and other international parcels, 25 working days (5 weeks)
